last year I was in student accommodation for my first year at uni. this was not the universitys accom. it was a general student accommodation for many unis. since the start i had problems with heating and they kept saying they would fix it but nothing for about a month. as it was winter it had an awful effect on my health and the line was crossed when I stopped getting warm water!! no matter how much they said they were trying to fix it i iknow they werent and i had no heating and hot water whatsoever!! as a result of this I missed a lot of uni because I was so ill and going out on the tube every morning in the freezing cold and wet only to come back to a freezing cold room unable to even have a warm shower was unbearable. I became so ill that I had to go back to my Mothers 60 miles away - this was fine, but i was missing uni! the only reason i couldnt move to other accommodations was because i had a contract with them and they would NOT release me! long story short (ish) I was finally released from my contract in January (i had to get my dad to make them!!) and i moved out - however this was 5 months into my first year - i have just received my results and i have failed 2 out of 4 modules because of the time i missed even though i tried so hard to catch up it was impossible, as this is their fault should i sue them for all the money i paid in rent (�800 per month for a tiny damp room and bathroom) and also for the money i had to pay to go to uni when i didnt even go!! i feel i deserve some compensation for this, it ruined my life as i now have to leave uni!! :(

I had my old smiley replaced and got a new one a couple months ago. But when I start games or apps my left scroll key works as if it was the right one, and my up scroll key works as if it was the select/ok button. Is there any way to change this? Why does Handbrake say finished encoding right after it starts with no results?

I have been using Handbrake for years and it worked great (PC Vista) but after upgrading from the 9.1 version to the 9.5 it now goes through the process of selecting the source and pressing start it stops almost immediately and says finished encoding. I looked on many of the bulletin boards and followed the instructions that said to change compatibility to service pack 2 and run as administrator but I still have the same problem. YUGIOH: Can you help me make a dragon deck?

First off, add another blue eyes. That way you can summon out blue eyes ultimate, that send out shining. Add at least 5 synchros and 2 fusions. Try also a scrap iron scarecrow. Keep labrynth wall, but cut down on non-dragon monsters. Alot of spell and trap cards seem random, so make sure you can use all of their abilities. Also see if you can add a couple mountains. this upgrades a dragons attack and defense. Hope this helps.

Period. there is no visa that will allow you to live and work in the U.S.Unemployment is high...no one wants or needs foreign workers. Immigration to the U.S. is harder than riding a bicycle to Mars...cannot be done. You need to look around for other options....like the E.U. You could not afford to live in Manhattan anyway...costs 4 times as much as any other city in the U.S. As to living "easily" in the U.S...wow!...most Americans are working as hard as they can ( IF they can find a job) and are barely managing to hang on. trident dragon is usually good but honestly i would make the deck based more around dragons. Take out jinzo definately, dont waste your time on fearing traps. morphing jar yea and no...its slow and it helps your opponent. cause if they attack it, they just got a new hand to do what ever they want with and can usually bring some great combos. Dont use sangan. no point trust me its slower for dragons than you think. i also think you should take out necro gardna because you dont have good enough mill cards for him being useful. 2 totem dragons a future fusion and 5 headed dragon would be useful. They thing about five headed dragon is the milling, even if you dont want to or get to summon him, you got to put 5 dragons in the grave. (2 totem dragons would be amazing and you could add in 3 wred eyes wyverns) Debris dragon is a really good card and can bring back totem dragon if you have him. Prime material dragon can prevent destruction(also prime plus debris= trident). I always like magna drago cause he could be searched out with masked dragon and was a 2 star tuner. Btw goyo guardian is banned now. try to get a couple dark bribes instead of seven tools. that way you can prevent magic or trap. you wouldnt really need dut tornado with solemn and 2 bribes and prime. heavy storm is banned as well....the deck feels like its too afraid you kno? you have soo much defnese you willl be stalling alot instead of commanding the field like you should

Transferring Text Messages from Cell Phone to Laptop PC?

I have the LG Env3 through Verizon wireless and just found out they have NO program to do this. I do not have a data plan and do not think I need one to do this? I downloaded Bit Pim and thought it was going to work and plugged my cell phone into my laptop via the "charger cord" USB cable - plugged into the phone as in charging and then into a USB port on my laptop. I run Windows 7 on the laptop. I chose Detect Phone and had to manually enter the phone and then clicked Detect Phone and it says no phone detected and no com/serial port. I dont' know where to go from here. I did the Edit/Settings/Select Com Port and all it says is AUTO and says it will detect it automatically. I thought perhaps the port was no good (brand new laptop) and tried two other ports and still same thing. Problems with Six Axis Controller after 3.66 update?

My six axis controllers have started behaving very erratically after the 3.66 update. They are almost unusable at this point. I have tried different controllers, but the problems are still happening. (My controllers aren't new, but are in good condition.) The main problem so far is that the controller does not recognize a button press or movement of the analog stick, or worse, overcompensates dramatically for a single button or stick movement and sends my player flying off screen. (Also makes it difficult to select a movie from Netflix) Another problem is that one of my controllers only works now if I keep it plugged in. There are loads of other selection tools other than the rectangular marquee. Try using onof the lassos or magic wand. Even using the rectangular selection tool you're not using it properly. Photoshop is a paint program not a drawing program and cannot separate out objects as it sounds you're trying to do. I understand that only a VERY select few become fighter pilots, while other end up flying cargo or fuel. I would love to fly for the USAF or Navy, however hard it is to land on a carrier lol. My only question is, am I too old to go down that road? The deck seems fairly strong, Samurai are very strong, but I do have one or 2 suggestions. Add Sensei's Divining Top, Isochron's Scepter, and Lightning Bolt. These will give you more usability. A couple good creatures to add would be Konda, Eight and a Half Tails, and Isamaru Hound of Konda. Konda is an absolute monster and EaaHT gives your creatures survivability.

I'm a teacher but currently unemployed and looking for work, and currently 3 months pregnant. When the school year starts, I will be 5 months pregnant. I finally got into Uni but..?

This year i applied to do illustration at 5 uni's but got rejected by them all. Obviously this was really horrible, and I didn't cope well at all. Anyway after months of worrying, I used ucas extra and finally got a place at uni...but something about it doesn't feel right. I applied for graphic design, but apparently my personal statement suggested I should be doing advertising design and so they invited me for an interview for that course instead. I don't want to do advertising, but thought well maybe they'll agree and put me on the graphic design course. When I arrived they had no idea I was going for an interview, and no idea that i had been recommended for the advertising course. I told the interviewer honestly that I actually wanted to do graphic design. They looked at my work, and offered me a place there and then, saying I can change to graphics in september if I really want to, but they want me to do advertising. I was so happy, but now it's been over a day since I was there, they haven't updated my track or sent me and email or anything, and if I have an offer I need to apply for accommodation next year. I'm starting to really think about it, I cant help but be critical of the universities organisation and I dunno...I just have this gut feeling that somethings not right.I have no idea what to do. I just reactivated my account after a week of deactivation due to being overseas. Just now I wanted to upload the all at once by clicking the button and then select the photos you want to upload. After clicking it, a dialogue box appears but when I moved my cursor over to it, I disappears. I even restarted my computer and tried again but nothing worked. Not even when I try to upload the photos one by one, all 150 of them. What is wrong? Should I have to wait a while after I reactivated my account before I can upload anything? Well you should add in a Red Dragon Archfiend. It is strong with a good effect. Also, your deck has too many different dragons it may not work well. Concentrate on one thing. Try a blue eyes white dragon theme or maybe armed dragon. The thing is these monsters all need lots of support to be super strong, so you need to pick one type and concentrate on that. Aside from that, try using heavy storm instead of lightning vortex. As from getting your monsters back from the grave, play exchange of spirit: you switch your grave with your deck!!! Put all your ace cards in the grave, and when your opponent has weak monsters in their grave, play this card and you will have a huge advantage! This is still a fairly good deck, and you have some pretty cool cards. Hope this helps!

I just started the point lookout dlc for Fallout 3, and I know I sound like a raging gamer but these tribals have to be the hardest things I had to fight. All of the super mutants,aliens, raiders, enclave, BEHEMOTHS that I kill. And these are the hardest damn enemies. And there just normal humans! their "tribal garm' armor or whatever isnt even that good. They just keep killing me, and I'm wearing T-51b power armor! Dogmeat died so I reloaded, then went at it again. I set up some bottle cap mines and activated the bear. He ran over em and they didn't blow up. The strongest gun I had was a rifle, and the 10mm pistol. So I was there all day fighting him. I had very few stim paks. Reboot and select a proper boot device error?

I just built my own desktop computer and finally got it running. I installed windows 7 on it yesterday and transferred all of my files to it. It worked perfectly and then I put it into sleep mode. It would not respond so I restarted it. Now my computer will not boot windows 7 and says "reboot and select a proper boot device error." I have changed all of the bios boot order but i'm not sure if it is letting me save my settings. Either way I can't seem to fix this error. What can I do?

Ignore the previous post. You can't trust those sites for reviews because they are usually rigged by management but you can visit each individual complex's websites to find out about pricing, ammenities and pictures. I'm a student here at Ole Miss and I can tell you from experience, you will have the time of your life here regardless of where you live. I live at Lexington Pointe and I love it because they are pretty big and are also really close to campus. It all depends on what your looking for though and also what you are willing to pay. We pay $859 per month in our 2 bedroom apt. If you are looking for more of a college oriented apt complex, I would look at The Connection, University Trails, Campus Creek, or Laffayette place. They are full of college students and you should be able to meet tons of people just living there. Most of these places will randomly choose a roommate for you if you do not have a preference and usually go for about $400 - $500 per month with utilities. Like I said at the beginning, no matter where you live, you will make friends. Were all very friendly down here and people seem to be somewhat drawn into foreign students. I would strongly recommend comming down atleast 2 weeks in advance if you want to find an apartment in oxford. To get you started, stay at the Downtown Oxford Inn while your searching for housing, and eat at Ajax. Best advice I can give you. Go out to the clubs in the square and you will meet alot of people. so i got a notification when i uploaded on youtube saying "Congratulations! Your account is now enabled for uploads longer than 15 minutes. Click the Upload button below to select a video." i then decided to upload a 20 hour long video that i made on there (i know its a little crazy) but once it was done uploading it got taken off because it was to long but it sayed i could upload longer than 15 minutes. why did it get taken off and how can i post it. its 2.53 GB if that changes anything
