Rate/suggest my deck?

Well you should add in a Red Dragon Archfiend. It is strong with a good effect. Also, your deck has too many different dragons it may not work well. Concentrate on one thing. Try a blue eyes white dragon theme or maybe armed dragon. The thing is these monsters all need lots of support to be super strong, so you need to pick one type and concentrate on that. Aside from that, try using heavy storm instead of lightning vortex. As from getting your monsters back from the grave, play exchange of spirit: you switch your grave with your deck!!! Put all your ace cards in the grave, and when your opponent has weak monsters in their grave, play this card and you will have a huge advantage! This is still a fairly good deck, and you have some pretty cool cards. Hope this helps!
