How safe is the ride Behemoth in Canada's Wonderland?

I am going to Wonderland this Saturday, but i am very nervous to go on rides. Well it will be my first time to go on Behemoth. I went to Wonderland when i was a kid, so i have not been to Wonderland for about 10 years. Is behemoth safe? Is behemoth scary? Like i don't want to fly off the seats. Whoever been on it plz tell me how to put seat belt on and what to be considerate to be safe. thx
