How do I lift weights without a gym membership?

Im 15, 6 foot tall, 225 pounds, and very strong, but I'd like to be stronger. Without a gym membership, how can I lift weights and build mass, with results I can see? Bodybuild. My legs are behemoth so I don't need to train those moreso than I already do, but for upper body, what can I do to burn fat and gain muscle, with visible results? I'd like to hit my abs, back, arms, chest and shoulders.
