3000 pounds for a month around europe. is that enough?

im wanting to travel around europe for a month. id have a home base in London so accommodation will be fine. i haven't booked tickets or train passes to other countries yet and want to go to the likes of Paris, Bruge, Berlin, Scotland and Ireland. Would 3000 pounds allow a nice trip? without staying in hostels? i intend to spend about 4 days in each place and possibly come back to london after each trip.
