Why does internet explorer only print one copy when I chose more than one?

I have internet explorer 8 with an HP n2035p printer. I'm trying to print multiple copies of one page in internet explorer. It prints multiple pages of one copy just fine, but when I select 2 or more copies it only prints the first copy.
