Help with my english please?

Most of the other responses catch the problems but please, -are inexpensive student accomodations available?, is the correct way to pose that question. (I understand the sructure of the way you wrote it because it closely resembles the structure of the way it would be in Spanish; your structure begins the question improperly so my suggestion fixes that issue.)
